Custom 3 Straps Loaf Pan for US Bakery Customer

A new custom project completed for our U.S. customer — a 3 straps loaf pan with textured loaf sections, designed for commercial bakery production.

The customer sent us their original sample, and our engineering team carefully reviewed the structure, created production drawings, and provided suggestions to improve the pan design for better baking performance. After confirming the details, we produced the final sample based on the customer's requirements.

The finished pan measures 657×311×76mm and features a silicone non-stick coating, providing smooth release and consistent results during daily baking. The textured loaf surface also helps create a unique appearance for the finished bread.
